Greek national who moved to Germany with his family while still a child, and lived there for 20 years. He was involved in drug trafficking, and Germany authorities demanded his expulsion from the country. The court held that the country must assess the degree of integration of the person with the country, the impact of the expulsion, and the difficulties of reintegration in the other MS. Court clarified that a MS can demand expulsion of a EU citizen on grounds of public policy and public security, but they have to be proportionate.
