What does voting mean
.Voting is when people choose something by putting you hand up or by writing it on a piece of paper.
What is democracy
It is a system of government in which people choose their leaders by voting in elections
How do we vote in South Africa in an election
On one day, registered people who are over 18, go to voting station and they put a cross on a ballet
What is a ballet
A paper that you vote on for you leader. You normally out a cross in the box next to who you want to vote for
What is a constitution (5marks)
(1) A constitution contains all the laws and rules of a country.
(2) It also describes the rights and freedoms that people have.
(3) it says HOW the government is formed and what powers it has
(4) HOW Parliament is elected and makes laws
