cholinesterase inhibitors (donepezil) - slow progression in 50%. SEs feel sick, cramps, diarrhoea
memantine - reduce calcium in brain
tranquillisers & antidepressants where needed

reality orientation - board w/ details of day/date/season etc
cognitive stimulants - recreational activities // problem-solving activities // talking // physical activity
