To Identify the Most Admired (+) Emotional Charges
What is the first thing you want to make sure of in Column 1?
Make sure the TAIs are not derived from hearsay and that you can truly pinpoint exactly where and when you perceived them occurring and in what context.
What do you want to be sure you exclude in Column 1?
Be sure to exclude: 1. *synthesized feelings* (loving or inspired); 2. *synonyms* (nice or kind); 3. *vague generalities* (good person/father); 4. *how you felt* as a result of you perceiving this individual displaying or demonstrating the specific TAIs (humiliated or stupid).
What is the confirmation question for Column 1?
Are you now certain that you have listed the top three highest priority specific traits, actions, or inactions (TAIs) that you perceive this individual above has displayed or demonstrated that you most like, admire, look up to, infatuate with, or consider positive or attractive?

What do you do in Column 1?
Write in 3 to 4 words, the top 3 highest priority specific TAIs you perceive this individual has displayed or demonstrated that you like or admire most (content).
How do you start in Column 2?
Got to a moment, where and when you perceived yourself displaying or demonstrating this same or similar specific (TAI) that you liked or admired in this individual most.
Then, write in an abbreviated and overlapping format where, when and to whom you perceive yourself displaying or demonstrating this (TAI) to and who perceived you displaying or demonstrating it.
Until when do you know you have completed column 2?
Until you can state with certainty that you OWN this trait, action, or inaction 100% as much as you have perceived it in them both quantitatively / qualitativel

How do you start working in Column 5?
Go to a moment where and when you perceived this individual displaying or demonstrating this specific (TAI) that you liked or admired most. Then write in an abbreviated & overlapping format where and when you perceived this individual at any time displaying or demonstrating the exact opposite specific trait, action, or inaction to the same individual or group they displayed or demonstrated the original specific trait, action, or inaction to and who perceived it.
What are the DO’s of Column 5?
- DO Keep writing abbreviations until you are certain that the exact opposite specific TAI equals the original specific TAI quantitatively and qualitatively.
