- Be a HCA, NA-R, or a NA-C current and in good standing in Washington state.
- Have completed the educational requirements for delegation.
- Be willing to preform the specific task to be delegated.
- Demonstrate your competence to preform the specific task to be delegated correctly and without direct supervision to the delegating RN
