What does a PhD in organizational psychology entail?
A doctoral program that seeks to first identify the barriers that separate employees, and then replace them with bridges that unite the workforce. Our mission is to create leaders who will enter their place of work and make a positive difference.
How many years does it take to complete the program?
4 or more depending on if full time or part time
What career opportunities are available?
work in corporate settings, holding positions such as personnel analyst, project leader, human resources partner or manager, or in consulting positions—either in external research or internal organization—for their companies or organizations. They can also work in positions such as: talent development, instructional design, talent coaching, union organizers and representatives, diversity and management analysis, and more.
