When do we take deflections
A
-Any time water is moved on the dock
-every Monday before sunrise
-before and after ballasting
-before and after landing a unit
-before and after floating a unit
-every 5 minutes during any evolution
-when a unit is landed every day before sunrise for the first 10 days
-anytime the docking officer or dock master requests it
