Gov make decisions as a result of contrasting arguments from competing groups

Plurality system where victory is achieved by gaining one more vote than other contenders

Hybrid system where voters selected a representative on FPTP system, then a section vote to a party list

Voters rank their preferences in numerical order- candidates must obtain a quota and votes above are transferred
