Conversation analysis
The study of recorded, naturally occurring talk in interaction
The accountability interview
Designed to call public figures to account for their own (or their institution’s) words or actions

Designed to provide the audience with personal reactions to a news event or a topic

When, where, who: describing normality and routine, before the event
Complication
Then, what: brief description of the event as they experienced it at that moment
Evaluation
So what: lengthy account of feelings, emotions, thoughts towards the event
Resolution
Finally, what: brief description of the final act (ie. escape/rescue)
