Mischief(Group 9)
Wilfully destroying or damaging property or data, interfering with the lawful use of property or data, or interfering with any person in the lawful of property or data
Preliminary Hearing(Group 10)
A judicial inquiry to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to put the accused person on trial
Surety(Group 11)
A person who agrees to make a payment if the accused does not appear at trial

Harm caused to a person or property for which the law provides a civil remedy

Providing false information to the police that causes the police to be mislead in a investigation/start working on a new investigation without cause

The condition of being overpowered by alcohol or drugs to the point of losing self-control
Contributory Negligence(Group 12)
Negligent actions by the plaintiff that helped cause the plaintiffs injuries

A defence raised by the accused claiming that he or she was somewhere else when the offence was committed

A court order requiring or prohibiting an action

Any drug listed in schedules I-V of the controlled drugs and substances act

A guarantee that the accused will appear in court when required, under penalty of a fine of up to $500
