What is a toggle thrust?
A
HVLA arm centered thrust with a passive recoil - typically delivered from neutral joint position

What is a dynamic thrust?
A
HVLA non-recoil thrust. Delivered with reduced articular slack. Commonly described as being delivered at the elastic barrier.
