Define Aggravation
An actual worsening of the compensable condition after the last award of compensation which is established by medical evidence supported by objective findings.

A permeant loss or function of a body part related to the compensable condition.

Verifiable indications of injury or disease that can include ROM, atrophy, muscle strength, and palpable muscle spasm.
