Primary - Male: Penis enlarges, first ejaculation & testes grow and start producing sperm.
Female: First ovulation and menstruation & the ovaries, uterus, vagina, labia and clitoris enlarge in size.

Secondary - Male: oily skin, facial hair, voice lowers, shoulders broaden, increased stature & muscle mass and body hair develops (underarm pubic, chest and arm).
Female: oily skin, body hair develops (pubic & underarm), increased fat to muscle ratio, breasts develop & hips widen.
