Fitness
A set of attributes or characteristics that people have that relates to their ability to perform physical activity
Health
Physical, social, and mental well-being; not just the absence of infirmity or illness
Physical activity
All leisure and non-leisure body movement produced by the skeletal muscles and result in an increase in energy expenditure
Physical Fitness
a set of attributes that are either health-related or performance/skill-related
Health-related Fitness
- the ability to carry out activities of daily living without fatigue and the ability to enjoy leisure pursuits

A form of leisure-time activity that is planned, structured, and competitive
Exercise
A form of leisure-time activity that is planned, structured, and repetitive
Training
Planned, structured, and repetitive with the goal of improving performance
Obesity
a condition in which the natural energy reserve, stored in the fatty tissue of humans and mammals, is increased to a point where it is a risk factor for certain health conditions or increased mortality
