  1. An argument where if all the premises are correct, the conclusion MUST be correct as well ,therefore it is analytically true e.g.
  2. All bachelors are unmarried
  3. Kevin is a bachelor
  4. Kevin doesn’t have a wife

What is an inductive argument?

A

An argument based on a collection of observations, on the basis that the pattern will repeat, though probabilistic e.g.

  1. The sun rises every morning
  2. It is morning
  3. The sun should rise
