Personal Information

Anonymised Information
Information does not identify an individual and cannot reasonably be used to determine their identity. Requires the removal of detail or a combination of details that might support identification

Pseudo-anonymised Information
Data in which individuals are distinguished by using a unique identifier. This does not reveal their ‘real world’ identity. However, they usually can be re-identified by the original holder of the data.

Why is it important to have secure systems for information storing?
