White. Grown in Hungary (Tokaj), most famously produces Tokaji Aszú - a sweet wine from grapes affected by botrytis. The sweetness of the wine is indicated by the number of “Puttonyos” on the bottle, eg 5 Puttonyos is less sweet than 6 Puttonyos. The wine is amber in colour as they age in oak for a significant time.
