  1. Import General School Information

    Faculty Data (Faculty Contact, Credentials, Languages, case, Behavior Response, Behavior Involvement)
    General School Data (facilities, languages)
  2. Import Curriculum Data
    Terms/Courses/Time Blocks/Course Offerings/Program Plans/Plan Requirements.
  3. Student Data
    Student Contacts/Program Enrollments/Course Connections and additional related data

A

data in real time and on demand. The data isnt stored in salesforce.

A

When you have large amounts of data you dont want to copy to the org

Standard field encryption

A

Restrict fields where you want to keep the data private.
Cannot be unique, have an external ID, or have default values.
For leads are not available for mapping to other objects.
Are limited to 175 characters because of the encryption algorithm.
Are not available for use in filters such as list views, reports, roll-up summary fields,
and rule filters.
Cannot be used to define report criteria, but they can be included in report results.
Are not searchable, but they can be included in search results.

A

Understand how campaigns impact opty pipeline.
Scans for active campaigns to identify members who are assigned a contact role on an open opty.
Creates a camp. record based on relationship.
Can be manually or automatically created.
After closed won/lost, influence records are no longer created.

A way to group campaigns. Create a parent campaign that sits at the top with child campaigns. Campaigns in the middle can be a parent and a child.
