Uniform Simultaneous Death Act
When property depends on order of death and NO SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE that person died otherwise than simultaneously, the property of each passes as though testator survived beneficiary.

120 Hour Rule
Applies to Wills: Beneficiary who fails to survive testator by 120 hours deemed to have predeceased testator.
