Q

Hell as a symbol

A
  • Symbol of guilt suffering as consequence of sin
  • If this case, no need purgatory but this doesn’t to justice with texts sheapgoats depart from me into eternal fire prepared for devil and his angels
  • Rich man Lazarus I am in agony these flames
  • So is physical so therefore relies on purgatory more sense than condemning people to agony or external fire
