Complaint officer who decide whether dealt with formally or informally within 5 days

What happens if dealt with informally
A
Must be dealt with successful within that 5 days and documented

A
Must acknowledge complaint within 3 days and give a full response within 20 days

What happens if still unsatisfied with response from formal
A
Go to complaints officer again
If still unsatisfied advise to go to NHS Ombudsman within 28 days
