What is Baptism? Define the word.
From the Greek word baptizo;to baptize means to dip and immerse,to submerge;to dye,hence to identify with or to permanently mark.
What does it mean to be baptized by the Spirit?
It means for a person to be placed into the Body of Christ 1Cor.12:13. This is the baptism of The Holy Spirit.
What is ceremonial Baptism?
It is the act of immersing the believer in water in the Name of the Father,the Son,and the Holy Spirit because of their faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior.
What does baptism actually do?
It identifies the believer with the death,burial and resurrection of Christ,Romans 6:3
What does baptism symbolize or represent or portray?
We are buried with Him by baptism and raised with Him into the newness of life.Romans 6:3-4
What is the Lord’s Supper or Communion?
It is the act of taking bread and wine as symbolic,of the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ in remembrance of His death till He comes. 1Cor.chapter 11
Does Ceremonial Baptism or taking of the Lord’s Supper save us?
No
Can a person lose their Salvation?
No,because we are saved by grace;not works or lack of works. Jude 24,1John 5:13

It is the seventh day of the week (Saturday) Gen.2:2
What is the Lord’s Day?
It is the first day of the week,Sunday. Jesus arose from the dead on the first day of the week;and He met with His disciples on the first day of the week. John 20:25-26;20-19
What happens to the righteous upon death?
Their souls go to be with the Lord Jesus.2Cor.5:8;1Thess4:14
What is the definition of a Baptist Church?
The local Missionary Baptist Church can be described as that segment of the Body of Christ,being a sovereign independent congregation.That embracing the Bible as the final rule of authority with Christ as its only head.
What is a Deacon?
The term deacon is from the Greek word diakonos which means servant,minister. A Deacon is a Slave for Christ by meeting the needs of God’s people and perform other duties delegated by the Pastor that’s necessary in the church.
