For FAA:
* Except for extended operations, one may be inoperative, provided:
* Left VFG is selected OFF and
* APU generator is operated throughout flight
For TC & EASA:
* Except for extended operations, may be inoperative, provided:
* Left VFG is selected OFF
* Right VFG is operative, and
* APU generator is operated continuously throughout flight
If both loops of the APU Fire Detection System are inoperative, what limitation is placed on the APU for dispatch? (Answer depends on which DDG is referenced)
For FAA:
* Both detection loops may be inoperative provided the APU is considered inoperative
For TC & EASA:
* Except for extended operations, may be inoperative, provided the APU is considered inoperative and not used
