* Except for extended operations, one may be inoperative, provided:
* Left VFG is selected OFF and
* APU generator is operated throughout flight

For TC & EASA:
* Except for extended operations, may be inoperative, provided:
* Left VFG is selected OFF
* Right VFG is operative, and
* APU generator is operated continuously throughout flight
