A

Mobile office-Temporary offices that are readily transportable or can be relocated. These offices would be used by anyone who needs a laptop and access to the Internet at their office.

Virtual office-A flexible workspace that provides organisations with any mix of services, space, and/or technology without the financial costs of buying or leasing a typical office.

Decentralisation of labour-Decentralised labour means that employees are no longer required to work together in an office to execute various tasks.

Office automation-The set of technology, software, and processes that support an organisation’s information processing and communication tasks to be automated.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-A branch of computer science in which programmers attempt to emulate or create human intelligence in machines. AI in the workplace aims to make computers capable of doing jobs traditionally requiring the human intellect. This might involve data analysis to route phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Robotics -Robots can be employed to execute activities that are either too risky for humans to undertake or need a high level of repetition.

A
  • The stolen personal information would continue to be used forfraudulent activities, leading toidentity theftandfinancial losses.
  • The victims would continue to suffer from thetheft, possibly for a long time, without any resolution.
  • The thief would continue to prey on other victims, potentially causing harm to an even more significant number of people.
  • The virtual reality park and its users would have a negative reputation, as it was a hiding place for a notorious online thief.
  • The sense of safety and security in the virtual reality park would be damaged, as people would become wary of using it for fear of becoming a victim.
  • Police authorities would have difficulty tracking down and catching the thief, as they would have successfully evaded capture.
