A
A non-volatile database that is kept separate from the operational database. It usually houses a specific type of data, and uses historical data to make informed business decisions.

What are the 4 key features of a data warehouse?
A
Subject orientated : Usually specific to one type of business data e.g card transactions.
Integrated : Pulls data from multiple sources.
Non-volatile : Data is persistent and relatively static.
Time variant : Database looks for changes over time, rather than instantly.
