What is a CID (community ID)?
Internal, Epic-Assigned ID
Where can you find the CID?

What # are the CID’s between environments?
REL = 320 TST = 220 PRD = 120
When can .1 be out of sync?
erx - medispan,

When previewing a record, why is the .1 grayed out?
.1 is sent, but a new # is assigned to prevent duplicate records
What is the local id?
.1 master file, unique for given file, not necessarily the same across environments
What is category number?
value of each category entry
unique per item
necessarily the same between environments
What is a CID?
generally item #11
unique for master file and/or category item
Unique in creation environment
What is sent via Data Courier?
Static data
What are the (4) data courier challenges?
Not all static files are enabled
CIDS must sync between environments
DC cannot guarantee .1 preservation

Records do NOT exist in destination, and WILL be sent
Existing Records-will NOT be Triggered PURPLE?
Records already exist, preview to verify and update as needed (right click to add to package)
Existing Non-Enabled Records-will NOT be Triggered (GREEN)?
Non-enabled static records, will NOT be sent. If the record must be updated, you must do it manually in each environment.
Existing Epic Released Records-Will not be Triggered (BLUE)?
Epic standard records standard in each area.
