LFTs?
ALT- sign of hepatocellular injury
ALP - sign of cholestasis
If GGT is also raised with ALP highly indicative of cholestasis picture
If ALT> AST then chronic liver disease
if AST> ALT then acute hepatitis and cirrhosis
