And a criminal law contacts there are two specific types of intent and offence. The first is the intent to commit the ex and the second is the intent to get a specific result.
GBH is defined as harm but is really serious.

Set fire
Fire is the result of the process of combustion. A chemical reaction between fuel and oxygen triggered by heat.
Fire will often involve burning or charring however it is not necessary the property is actually set alight melting, blistering of paint or significant smoke damage may be sufficient.
Property
Includes any real or personal property in the estate or any interest in any real or personal property any debt any money any electricity or anything else in action or any other right or interest
