Making sure all body parts are in the right place, usually in a straight line (shoulders pelvis and spine) prevents injury

How much weight you can hold, lifting weights or lifting a person. The ability to exert force against a resistance

The ability of your heart and lungs to work for a long period of time

The range of movement around a joint
Define mobility
The ability to move freely and easily
Define control
Making your body do what you want it to do
Define focus
Paying attention to what you’re doing
Define concentration
Focusing all of your attention on what you’re doing
Define confidence
The feeling or belief that you can achieve something and you’re doing it well
Define determination
Believing you will succeed and never giving up
