En Dehors
“out the door”- outside rotation/direction (outside pirouette)
En Dedans
“on the dancer”- inside rotation/direction (inside pirouette)

carriage of the arms

where your center is located- between the split of the ribs

feet are outwardly rotated from the body’s midline

feet are straight forward- parallel
