A

Touriga Nacional - high acid, tannin, colour, black fruit, floral e.g. violet/rose
Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) - early-ripening, deep colour, med-med(+) tannins, full body, red and black fruit
Jaen (Mencia) - medium acid, raspberry, blackberry
Alfrocheiro - medium everything, red and black fruit

Encruzado - med-med(+) acidity, fuller bodied, lemon, peach, floral, takes oak well

Alicante Bouschet - deep colour, high acid and tannins, red and black fruit

Touriga Nacional - high acid, tannin, colour, black fruit, floral e.g. violet/rose
Syrah

Roupeiro - higher acid, citrus stone fruit, loses fruit quickly
