What is a life cycle analysis?
is an evaluation of all the resources used when designing, making, using and disposing of the product.
What are the pros and cons of a LCA?
Pros = Identify environmental hotspots within a product’s lifecycle, allowing potential improvements to be identified and implemented.
Cons = They are very specific and often cannot be transposed across to similar operations.
E.g. An LCA could be used to determine the carbon footprint of a specific industry, which could then be used to develop policies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Define collaborative techniques?
The behaviors and practices that you and your team employ to work together better.
Identify collaborative techniques?
Some collaborative techniques include: having clearly defined goals, commitment to these goals from all team members, agreement on long term and short term objectives, openness to change as well as the power and authority used ethically and fairly.
What are is a Market research, how is it used and why is it important?
