Radiomimetic: avoid radiotherapy

Cardiotoxicity + Extravasation injury

  • Antidote: dexrazoxane
  • However causes: Hand + foot
    syndrome
  • Cool hands + feet
  • Avoid socks + gloves for 4-7 days
