Secretes by macrophages to increase COX activity and initiates the acute phase response

Secreted by macrophages to increase COC activity
TNF
Secreted by macrophages, causes fever and induces the acute phase response
IL-6
Secreted by macrophages to activate vascular endothelium, causes mobilization, fever, and shock.
TNF-alpha
Secreted by macrophages to activate vascular endothelium and lymphocytes. Causes local tissue damage, fever, and promotes more IL-6
IL-1Beta
Secreted by macrophages and recruits neutrophils and basophils

Secreted by virus infected cells to induce the expression of MHC 1, activate neutrophils, and cause heightened resistance to further infection.

Secreted by virus infected cells to do the same things as IFN-Aloha

A cytokines secreted by Hassall’s Corpuscles in the thymus medulla that drives self-reactive CD4+ cells to become Treg cells.

Chemokine secreted by Dendritic Cells that attracts naive T cells.
