If a youth must be held in custody, what are the options?
A
A) If criteria of 214 met, then deliver unto chief executive. BUT cannot be because CYP requires care or protection.
B) if child is likely to abscond or is violent then with a Joint Cert, may be held police custody for more than 24hours.
