Signs of pulmonary oedema

A

A - Alveolar oedema (peri-hilar; bat’s wings)
B - kerley B lines (fluid in fissures)
C - Cardiomegaly
D - Dilated prominent upper lobe vessels (as lower lobes congested with fluid)
E - pleural Effusion

May also see peri-bronchial cuffing: fluid seen on either side of the bronchial wall
