A
  • the item is required for airworthiness
  • dispatch not permitted
  • some items (galley equipment, pax convenience systems,…) may not be listed

A

Up until what point is the MEL applicable?

A

Until the aircraft first starts moving under its own power for the purpose of preparing for take-off. (start of taxi)
MEL may still be considered during taxi, especially (o) and (m) procedures.
