When is ratee-requested feedback done?
Within 30 days of request & no fewer than 60 days after the last feedback

ASSERTIVE (assertion without showing disrespect for others, moves toward solution within situation, to find a mutual solution (win-win),
PASSIVE (Non-assertion—takes no action to support self or others, moves away from situation, to appease or avoid contest
What are the 3 types of officer performance reports? When is each filed, and under what conditions?
OFFICER PERFORMANCE REPORT (OPR) - Completed Annually, Change of Reporting Official (CRO)
Minimum 120 days of supervision,
TRAINING REPORT - (8 w)Filed upon completion, interruption, or elimination from training
LETTER OF EVALUATION - Used when ratee is away from reporting official

What are an officer’s 8 responsibilities IN ORDER?

What are the 3 reserve categories?
READY RESERVE - Consists of Selected Reserve, IRR, and Inactive National Guard
STANDBY RESERVE -Personnel who have completed all obligated or required service
RETIRED RESERVE - Personnel who receive retired pay but have not reached the age of 60. All may be recalled to active duty
What 3 categories make up the ready reserve?
SELECTED RESERVE - They are deployable within 72 hours of notice. Have priority over other reserve elements.
INDIVIDUAL READY RESERVE - manpower pool of pretrained individuals, have some part of their Obligation remaining. Liable for involuntary active duty
INACTIVE NATIONAL GUARD - small but important. Do not train, not attached to active units.
What is the impact of the Militia Clause on the Air National Guard?
Calling forth of the militia to execute laws of the nation. Militias are expressly provided for in the constitution. Standing army is only “authorized.” The Air National guard has a DUAL MISSION (to state and to federal): Under state control - protect life, property, peace, order, civil defense (can enforce laws); Under federal - support of USAF mission, train for wartime.
How does the Air National Guard differ constitutionally from the USAF?
The Air National guard is expressly provided for under the constitution, the USAF is only “authorized.”
What are the 6 joint functions?

List the operational joint chain of command from the President to the individual components?
POTUS => Sec. Defense -> COMBATANT COMMANDER -> Components (land/maritime/air/SpecOps)
What are the 5 elements of fraternization?
1) That the accused was a commissioned or warrant officer.
2) That the accused fraternized with enlisted members on terms of military equality. 3) That the accused knew the person to be an enlisted member.
4) That the accused violated the customs of the service that officers shall not fraternize with enlisted members on terms of military equality.
5) The conduct was prejudicial to good order and discipline of the armed forces or of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces.
