Haemodynamically unstable: Thrombolytic therapy - IV Alteplase

Haemodynamically Stable: Dalteparin (Low MWH) or normal Heparin for 5 days
Warfarin (INR 2-3) for 6 months or DOAC (Rivaroxaban or Apixaban)

Third line = IVC filter
