A

Individualistic groups are independent and identify from their own abilities. They see their life task to discover and express their individuality. The only things that matter in their lives are themselves and their achievements. When faced with problems they change their reality.

Collectivist groups are interdependent and identify from belonging. Their task in life is to fit-in and maintain relationships. What matters in their life is the groups goals, social responsibilities and relationships. Their way of coping is to adapt to their reality.
