Urticaria => Penicillin, Cephalasporin, Aspirin, NSAIDs, Morphine & Codeine, Iodine, contrast media
Vasculitis => Gold, hydralazine, NSAIDs, Proton-pump inhibitor
Fixed drug eruptions => Phenolphthalein in laxative, Tetracyclines, Paracetamol, Aspirin, Sulfonamide
Pigmentation => Minocycline (black), Amiodarone (slate-grey)
Lupus erythematosus => Minocylicine, anti-TNF biologics, Isoniazid, Interferons
Photo-sensitivity => Thiazide, Quinolones, Tetracyclines, Diuretics, Amiodarone
Pseudoporphyria => Naproxen, Diuretics
Leg ulcers => Hydroxyurea
Anogenital ulcers => Nicorandil
Erythema nodosum => Sulphonamides, Oral contraceptives (OCP)
Erythema multiforme => Barbiturates
Lichen plants-like (lichenoid) => Antimalarials, Thiazides, Statins, Diuretics
Psoriasiform => Methyldopa, Gold, Lithium, Beta-blockers
Stevens-Johnson syndrome => Sulfonamides, Anti-convulsants
Toxic epidermal necrolysis => Sulfonamides, Anti-convulsants, Penicillin, Co-trimoxazole, Carbamazepine, NSAIDs, Allopurinol
Pemphigus => Penicillamine, ACE inhibitors
Erythroderma => Gold, Sulphonylureas, Allopurinol, Carbamazepine
