Minor customizations accepted. i.e., closing slits etc. Various customization requests that are not listed on the dress tag should be run by the Rime Arodaky team. Refer to store managers to inquire about a customization with the team. Customizations costs may be incurred.

Customization availability is designer + dress dependent. While minor customizations are much more doable and acceptable, more extensive customizations should be approached cautiously. Always gently advise the bride that more intensive customizations are a risk + our gowns are always best when sold as intended by the designer. Customizations are also usually recommended to be down with a bride’s seamstress, as brides have full control over what’s being done with their dress versus it being done in production with the designer.

General customizations for each gown that are allowed are listed on the designer’s online portal. Anything outside of this list is NOT accepted. Customization prices will be listed on that document.

The designer that offers the most extensive customizations. Most customizations can be down with this designer. Always get approval from the designer first if it’s a customization that hasn’t been done before. Customizations that have been approved and done by the designer already are listed in a google do in out shared drive along with corresponding customization price.

All customizations that are offered are available on the online portal under each specific dress. General customizations for every dress are also listed on the Customizations page. Costs are also listed on the portal in wholesale (double WS cost for retail price for customization) Any customization not listed on the portal can be inquired through their text line (listed as Alexandra Grecco contact in Alice phone). Their text availability is usually M-F 9-5 EST. You can also email team@alexandragrecco.com for customizations or questions.

Customizations are NOT accepted. All dresses sold as is. Any change to the gown a bride requests must be done with a seamstress

Refer to stores managers (you can also WhatsApp out Flora lead, Petra, on out store phone) to inquire about a specific customization request + corresponding cost)

Minor customizations accepted - all customiztions offered will be in the product manuals for this designer. Anything outside of customizations on the product manual can be run by the Jane Hill team, byt only it its minimal and not a major change to gown. Mesh on the necklines can NOT be lowered, must be done with a seamstress. Refer to store managers to inquire about a specific customization with the team. Customization costs may be incurred.
