I have had my gallbladder removed and suffer lots of bloating. Can you recommend something?
- Digestive enzymes to help support metabolism of food.
- Probiotics to promote good bacteria and reduce fermentation which leads to bloating.
- Consider long-term as this is not an acute illness.
- Small regular meals, reducing fatty intake
My child has been diagnosed with ADHD, has trouble getting to sleep. TVs and early (non sugary dinners) have been adopted. What else can you recommend?
- EFA’s (particularly omega 3) - kids version available from Viridian reported to help with ADHD and behavioural issues.
I am having digestive issues (not sure, but might be an ulcer). Can you recommend anything?
- Aloe Vera (inner leaf) will help calm the GI.
- Consider soaking linseeds in water and drinking the bloop; excellent for helping to line/protect the mucosa enabling healing.
- Avoid coffee and alcohol where possible as they will irritate.
- Minimise wheat and dairy as they can also irritate.
- L.glutamine - helps build intestinal wall of gut , closes tight junctions
I am suffering night sweats (post pregnancy). My GP tells me that his preferred prescription is not very nice, and that I should investigate a natural alternative. Can you help?

Magnesium and B complex - hormone disruption??
