What are the requirements to remain current as a private pilot?

Answer 1

a. Within the preceding 24 MONTHS, accomplished a flight review given in an aircraft for which the pilot is rated (by an authorized instructor and received logbook endorsement certifying that the person has completed the review)

b. To carry passengers, the pilot must have made, within the preceding 90 DAYS:
- 3 take offs and landings in the same category, class and if a type rating is required
- if aircraft is a tailwheel, landings must be made to a full stop
- if operations are conducted during the period beginning 1 hour after sunset and ending 1 hour before sunrise, with passengers on board, the PIC must have within the pretending 90 days made 3 takeoffs and 3 landings to a full stop in that period in an aircraft of the same category, class and type to be used
