Methadone dose titrating in the hospital setting

Often times can be increased at about 10mg daily during acute withdrawal; after which, slow down to no more than 10mg every three days (usually when people are nearing the usual therapeutic dosing of 80-120mg daily)

Consider PRN 10mg dose after 1-2 hours for withdrawal symptoms as well
