When you and your friends talk about your families, you usually are referring to your brothers sisters and parent. In French, la famille refers to everyone in your family. Including aunts uncles and grandparents. French teens see there families frequently even is they do live close by. They see each other for summer vacation holidays weddings etc.

A

Since France is very geographically diverse, winter weather varies from region to region. It may snow and be quite cold in the Alps, the Pyrenees, and the mountains of central France. The weather may be rather mild along the Mediterranean and in southern France. In the rest of the country it may be cool and sometimes rainy.

A

This is a party for middle schoolers. For older students it is called une soirée. At a boum, the parents are there to help out and set up food and drinks. The students listen to music play video games talk and relax with friends.
