Advantage of the hofstede’s multi focus model

A
  • Enables managers to focus on the most appropriate culture model to adopt within a business in order to achieve the business’s objectives
  • Can be used to effectively analyse foreign culture and ensure correct decisions are made, this is especially important when expanding your business globally, merging with another organisation internationally, entering new markets etc.
