Cosmopolitanism
The belief that all people are entitled to equal respect and consideration, no matter what their citizenship status or other affiliations happen to
be.
Superdiversity
It refers to situations where migrants and ethnic minority groups constitute a high percentage of a population; their national origins are highly diverse, and there is a mix of migration statuses and associated rights.
Self-compassion
being warm and understanding toward ourselves when we suffer, fail, or feel inadequate, rather than ignoring our pain or flagellating ourselves with self-criticism.
Universal elements of compassion
recognizing suffering, understanding the universality of human suffering, feeling for the person suffering, tolerating uncomfortable feelings, and motivation to act/acting to alleviate suffering.

Be aware of others there religions or their philosophy in life and respect their way of life.

Courage and compassion
It takes courage to follow what you feel you are called to do. Acting out of compassion for ourselves, we can be more confident that we are doing the right thing. It takes courage to open our hearts to others and expose our vulnerability.
