It is important to psychology because culture is a huge part of a person and depending on their culture they will behave a certain way. Culture is defined as Shared “things”, a way of life learned that shapes our understanding and awareness.
It is our filter for how we see reality.
Because of this definition we must consider culture in our approach to psychology as it embodies the individuals beliefs, values and way of life.

What is one cultural limitation and bias of psychology?
Since the beginning of psychology it has been a Western Practice made by Western people that has since become a global practice , however this means that the theories and understandings we have are not always relevant to the place and are almost always only relevant to one particular “western and white” way of life/culture.
