Max does of a child is 4.4mg/kg.
The max does for a 20kg child is 88mg of lidocaine.
There are 36mg of lidocaine in 1 carp of 2% lidocaine.
A 20 kg child can have 2.4 carpules of lidocaine.

The max does for a child is 7mg/kg
Aritcaine has 18x4=72mg of anesthetic in one carpule.
7mg/kg X20kg= 140mg max does.
1.9 carpules of articaine can be given.
